Guidance from a pharmacist, CIRS coach, former patient, and trusted partner to experienced Shoemaker-trained clinicians.
Katrina Harp, PharmD
Pharmacist, CIRS Coach, and Fellow CIRS Patient
Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) is a chronic inflammatory illness that can develop after exposure to biotoxins, most commonly from water-damaged buildings and mold.
Because CIRS can affect multiple body systems, many people experience symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, headaches, sinus congestion, muscle aches, digestive issues, and in some individuals, persistent skin symptoms.
Many patients spend years searching for answers before environmental illness is considered.
Navigating CIRS can feel overwhelming. As a pharmacist and fellow CIRS patient, I understand the challenges of finding answers, coordinating care, interpreting testing, and staying the course during recovery. My goal is to provide education, support, and practical guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
Why Work With Me?
My goal is to help you understand every step of your recovery so you feel informed, organized, and supported.
How Care Works
As your CIRSx Coach and Consultant, I guide you through every step of your CIRS journey — helping you understand your diagnosis, navigate the Shoemaker Protocol, and advocate for yourself within the healthcare system.
As a Pharmacist, CIRSx Coach, and former CIRS patient, I combine clinical knowledge with specialized training in environmental assessment and remediation principles to help you understand every aspect of the CIRS journey — from treatment and laboratory results to reducing ongoing environmental exposures.
I help you understand:
I collaborate with experienced healthcare providers trained in the Shoemaker Protocol who handle the medical side of care — including evaluation, laboratory testing, and prescription treatment when appropriate. This means patients receive both expert coaching and access to qualified medical management.
Working with me means you don't have to choose between education and medical care. You get both — a knowledgeable coach in your corner every step of the way, and access to clinicians who can provide the medical management your recovery requires.
Share a bit about your situation and I'll reach out to schedule a time that works for you. No commitment required — just a conversation.
Coaching services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a pharmacist-patient or provider-patient relationship.
